Description
The University of North Florida Student Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a professional organization open to students who are interested in the human resources field. The organization is designed to promote a closer affiliation between the business community and students. The objectives of the organization are to keep students up to date on new developments in the field of human resources management, to acquaint students to the human resources field, and to develop a nucleus of truly professional human administrators for the future. Student membership is open to students of at least sophomore standing. Full-time or part-time students are welcomed.

Students may be enrolled in either the undergraduate program or the graduate programs at the University of North Florida. Members need not be business majors but must have an interest in human resources. If interested, contact the Department of Management, Marketing, and Logistics.
